Rabbit meat does not only boast of the high class image it brings because of its exotic flavor; it is also valued for having a high ratio of meat compared to its bone. A lot of people make the right choice by buying this meat because: it is HEALTHY and is known as one of the CLEANEST meat!

Rabbits are generally classified into three sizes: Small rabbits weighing 600 to 1000 gram per piece, Medium rabbit weighing in 1000~1500 grams per piece and 1500 grams and up per piece for the larger sizes. Since rabbit breeds are prolific and small in size, breeders only require a small space for cultivating these animals. At an early stage, rabbits are fed with a balanced feed of barley,oats, alfalfa, seeds, colza, sunflower and soya bean oil this results into producing good muscling and meat properties of rabbits. The average weight for rabbits to be sold on the market is from 3 to 4 pounds.

At the plant, there is a system present for shed and cages of the animals. An incinerator and compost is available for proper waste disposal and there is an enclosure for the storage of food. The rest of the facility has an enclosure for storing drugs and vaccines. There is available space that surrounds the cages to make sure it is free of waste.
