Alaskan Pollock
Alaskan Pollock belongs to one of the more deep bodied members of the cod family. This fish can be found along the North Pacific: from Alaska - southern Sea of Japan to California, USA. Meat is snow-white, lean with a tender texture and excellent flaking qualities.
